Practice Manager

We are in search of a Practice Manager who will oversee all administrative, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of WHP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

-Master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration preferred

-Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with coursework in health care administration

-Minimum 5 years of administrative experience

SKILLS:

Knowledge of:

-principles and practices of health care management sufficient to manage, direct, and coordinate the operation of this high-end, regionally respected practice

-government and reimbursement regulations and requirements

-Medicare, managed care and other third party payor’s guidelines

AthenaHealth EHR proficiency is preferred

Practice Manager - Ketamine Therapy

Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the effective and efficient functioning of all KETA Medical offices while maintaining a pleasant and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

Qualifications: 5+ years of medical practice management experience preferred.

Compensation: $150,000 base salary, plus benefits and performance-based bonus eligibility.
